Most single-system builds are deployed in 3–5 business days. Full stacks take 7–14 days depending on integration complexity. You'll get a specific timeline in your proposal before any work starts.
Some systems use third-party tools (like Twilio for SMS or Cal.com for booking) that have their own fees — typically $20–$100/month depending on usage. These are disclosed upfront in your proposal so there are no surprises. Many tools have free tiers that cover smaller-volume businesses.
Yes. Once built and paid for, the system is yours. All credentials, code, and configurations are documented and handed to you. You're not renting software from me — you own what I build. The monthly retainer is optional and covers ongoing support and improvements.
Every build includes a post-launch support window (30 days for single systems, 60 days for full stacks). If something doesn't work as specified, I fix it at no additional cost. I've been doing this long enough to rarely need that safety net — but it's there.
Absolutely. Many clients start with their highest-pain-point system and expand from there. If you're on the monthly retainer, additional systems are built at a reduced rate. There's no requirement to buy everything upfront.
My portfolio is built in Las Vegas and that's where I have the deepest relationships and fastest response times. That said, everything is done remotely so I do take select clients outside LV. Reach out and we'll figure out if it's a good fit.
